Hi. I'm Aliah, 31, a loving mom to my 5 precious kids and to my life partner. Having a balanced work and family life is very important to me and I always make sure that my obligations as an employee cannot affect my obligations to my family and vice-versa.

In terms of work, I can say that my experiences have shaped and molded me into the employee and person I am today. Here are my wonderful experiences over the years. I have worked in a call center company for 6 years, handling US and UK accounts, doing inbound and outbound calls. I used to work in customer service for UPS. I also worked as an appointment setter for different UK businesses. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for 2 years, doing tasks such as handling emails through Gmail and HelpScout and Gorgias, social media accounts, processing refunds, fulfilling orders in the Shopify store, and other tasks given by my previous managers.

I am flexible when it comes to working as I can easily cope up and adjust to changes. I love to accept new tasks and learn new things and take them as a challenge as I believe that it will help me to grow not just in this kind of career but also as a person.
