Keep track on Timely payments of various venders/suppliers of Numro Constructions. Managing the time office- Attendance & Leave Management. Monitors and tracks complaints and sharpen appropriately as per process. Conducts retention meetings and exit interviews. Ensures an associate's adherence to Corporate HR processes. Ensures an associate's participation in calendarised events.Handhold's juniors (when required).
Creates policy awareness. Updates MIS for monthly HR reporting to Delivery Heads and Corporate HR. Responsible for associate benefits, associate development, associate retention schemes/activities.
