I am an IT & Cybersecurity Engineer with over 8 years of hands-on experience providing IT support, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity services for businesses and individuals across multiple industries. I have worked in roles ranging from Senior IT & Security Engineer and IT Manager to Cybersecurity Consultant and Offensive Security Engineer, giving me strong exposure to both operational IT and security-focused environments.

My experience includes managing and supporting Windows and Linux systems, Windows Server environments, and network infrastructure, as well as designing, deploying, and securing IT systems for small and medium-sized organizations. I have led IT teams, managed full IT departments, and worked directly with clients to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and ensure system stability, performance, and security.

On the cybersecurity side, I have conducted security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and penetration testing, aligned with industry best practices such as the OWASP Top 10. I have hands-on experience with reconnaissance, scanning, and testing tools, and I have developed custom Python tools to assess network health, analyze web application security, and automate technical reporting. My background also includes researching known vulnerabilities (CVEs), replicating them in controlled lab environments, and documenting findings with clear remediation recommendations.

In addition to security work, I provide remote IT support and troubleshooting, including resolving slow systems, malware issues, network connectivity problems, VPN setup, firewall configuration, email issues, backups, and general system optimization. I am comfortable working directly with non-technical clients, explaining issues clearly, and delivering fast, reliable solutions.

I hold both BSc and MSc degrees in Computer and Communications Engineering, with a strong focus on information security, and I am fluent in English and Arabic. I value clear communication, reliability, and delivering practical solutions that help clients get back to work quickly and securely.
