I’m Alfred, you can call me AB for short. I’m 41, I’m a Computer Engineer by academic accomplishment. I just got laid off from my previous job of 16 years due to redundancy. Any role that fits my qualification is greatly appreciated. I have extensive experience but I am willing to start an entry level position, and work my up in the years to come.

I started as a customer service representative for a US based cellphone and network provider back in 2009. In the same year as a tech support for DELL computers. 2010 started as support for Microsoft, 5 years as a support engineer then spent the last 11 years a team leader. Part of our support was OFFICE SUITES, Windows Operating Systems, and my latest supported product was Surface devices. I’m detail oriented and solution driven individual.
