With nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in human resources, I bring a seasoned, well-rounded, and deeply human approach to the profession. My journey began with a degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines–Diliman, and since then, I’ve dedicated my career to building not just stronger organizations, but stronger people within them.
Throughout my two decades in HR leadership, I’ve served as a strategic partner to CEOs and business leaders, helping organizations scale, transform, and thrive through effective people strategies. My experience spans the full HR spectrum—recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and change management. Whether it's implementing robust appraisal systems or crafting policies that align with business goals, I’ve always approached HR as a catalyst for growth and innovation.
Currently, as the Global Head of Client Success, Sales, and Human Resources at StaffingSolutions.io, I help companies around the world build high-performing remote teams. My work goes beyond traditional HR—I integrate client success, team dynamics, and operational insight to deliver value not only to the business but to every individual behind it. Before this, I led HR efforts at companies like rebuildingsociety.com, OutsourceFly, Subic Drydock Corporation, and VXI, where I managed global workforces, developed retention programs, and nurtured inclusive, high-trust cultures.
My approach is data-informed, tech-savvy, and deeply personal. I leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruitment, HubSpot, ClickUp, Apollo.io, and Moodle to streamline processes while ensuring that human connection remains at the core of everything we do. What sets me apart is not just experience—it’s my belief that HR should be both strategic and empathetic. I don’t just manage people; I build environments where people can do their best work.
If there's one thing I’ve learned over the years, it's that the heart of every successful business is its people—and that’s where I come in.
