I began my career as an Agent, managing calls to doctor’s offices for billable documents, coordinating with patients for appointments, and mapping prescriptions ensuring they passed the insurance guideline. This role laid the foundation for my subsequent position as a Supervisor, where I focused on audits and managing people to ensure they were performing well. For the past three years, I have excelled as a Senior Performance Manager, ensuring we meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). My top priority has always been to exceed client expectations through exceptional team performance. I also handle escalations, create reports for client meetings, do root cause analysis, and provide actionable solutions to enhance overall campaign performance and provide client satisfaction.
