ºwhile performing on a retention campaign most of my commissions and bonuses were from
selling packages, equipment, or anything that could get a client under a contract for longer periods.
ºMy metrics for sells was doing at least 10 sells to people that didn’t want their services
anymore. Always looked out to doing at least 40 to 60 sells a month because that would guarantee at
least 500 dollars more of commissions for my pocket.
°Got promoted After 3 months I had a different campaign, so my duties changed from
customer loyalty and retention to tech support. Lasted 6 months before geting promoted.
°Got promoted to taking supervisor calls both from retention and tech support where I had to
deal with more complex tasks or people asking for a manager to provide a more satisfactory solution.
