I am an enthusiastic and dedicated IT professional with a strong background in network support, user assistance, and system maintenance. With hands-on experience as an IT Helpdesk Specialist at Hope Haven Rwanda and a NOC Intern at Liquid Intelligent Technologies, I have built solid technical and customer support skills that allow me to troubleshoot issues efficiently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
During my time at Hope Haven, I provided daily support for over 100 users, managed Wi-Fi and printer configurations, and ensured smooth operation of digital tools for students and staff. I also worked closely with other departments to improve IT workflows, train users on basic tools like Google Workspace, and maintain an organized ticketing system.
At Liquid Intelligent Technologies, I gained foundational knowledge in network operations, including monitoring, diagnosing faults, and supporting network infrastructure. This experience sharpened my problem-solving mindset and taught me how to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
I’m highly self-motivated and continuously improving through online certifications in Google IT Support, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity. I am currently exploring cloud engineering and data analytics to expand my skill set and align with high-demand global IT roles.
What sets me apart is my adaptability, communication, and eagerness to learn. I believe in delivering value, not just completing tasks. I enjoy working remotely, collaborating with diverse teams, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
I’m now looking for a fully remote opportunity where I can apply my skills, contribute to a growing team, and continue my learning journey. I’m open to roles in IT support, virtual assistance, data entry, or remote technical support, and I am available to work 30–40 hours per week.
