Hi, I’m Alexandra Marshall — a strategic operations and program support all-star with over 10 years of experience keeping teams organized, events impactful, and programs running smoothly. I specialize in the behind-the-scenes work that drives success: administrative coordination, operational planning, and seamless event execution.
In my most recent role at the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), I supported major public health programs by managing administrative workflows, developing strategic operational plans, and coordinated large-scale meetings with partners across 20 states. I’ve built systems that improve communication, streamline document management, and keep multi-million-dollar cooperative agreements on track — all while making the process easier for everyone involved.
Beyond logistics, I focus on big-picture strategy in order to support leadership. Whether planning CDC grantee meetings, supporting community events as the Social Coordinator for the Employee Association of Spelman College, or designing data tracking tools that keep leadership informed, I make sure operations run smarter, not harder.
Earlier in my career, I spent nine years in the U.S. Air Force, where I developed a sharp eye for administration, reporting, and operational management.
If you’re looking for a dependable partner who can handle the day-to-day details and help drive long-term strategic goals, I’d love to connect!
