I have 3 years of experience working at H&M's IT headquarters in Sweden. I was a technical support specialist and provided support to H&M offices all over the world.
My tasks included answering calls, emails and service tickets and troubleshoot the various IT related problems the user had.
I was also responsible for escalating high priority incidents, monitor server health, educate new coworkers and write end-of-day reports.
I worked nights and weekends with no supervision.
