Projects:
Project: Pragmatics / Be Well optimization
Term: 11/2017 – 12/2017
Skills: Business-Functional Analyst, Office 365, MS PowerPoint, Presenting,
Development, JavaScript.
Description: Pragmatics has developed a SharePoint environment at the
beginning of the year. This environment had to be optimized. For example, a
document management system had to be developed, communication should be
provided, knowledge sharing would be created, .... Once these were developed,
instructions were created and presentations were given for optimal user adoption.
This assignment was also carried out at the sister company Be Well afterwards.
Project: Build a team site
Term: 03/2017 – 06/2017
Skills: Business-Functional Analyst, SharePoint 2016, MS PowerPoint,
Presenting, Development.
Description: At Ordina I got the assignment to renew the SharePoint team site.
The site was not used due to poor user adoption and a chaotic site. I then rebuilt
the entire team site. For this I had to carry out the analysis. After this, I developed
the project using the analysis. Incidentally, I have regularly presented this site to
the team leads so that they could give their feedback and it could be processed.
Project: ABVV portal analyse
Term: 01/2017 – 02/2017
Skills: Business-Functional Analyst, Consultancy, Business Process
Management, MS PowerPoint, Office365, SharePoint Online.
Description: ABVV had asked Cegeka to develop a SharePoint portal in
SharePoint Online. An integration with Office365 was also desired here. The portal
would mainly serve for business processes. In the past, people lost a lot of time
searching for information and organizing the team.
For this project, I made several presentations for each part of the portal. These
presentations have then been used to identify the needs of the customer. This
would take place during workshops with the customer where Cegeka searches
together with the organization for the ideal SharePoint solution. The presentation
was supposed to demonstrate what was possible with SharePoint.
Project: VCB proof of concept
Term: 10/2016 – 01/2017
Skills: Business-Functional Analyst, Developer, Azure Logic App, Balsamiq,
Business Process Management, Google Analytics, Microsoft Visual Studio, MS
PowerPoint, Office365, SharePoint Online.
Description: VCB wanted to develop a SharePoint portal for their customers. This
portal will be built with Office365. The purpose of the portal is to share information
with the customers. For example, their customers must find all the information that
applies to them. This must then be done efficiently with the help of personalized
home pages.
I have developed the analysis for this. This meant that I designed the site
structure. I also made prototypes of the site with estimates for how long it takes to
build the site. After this I developed the portal so that it could be presented to the
customer. For this I made a presentation where all functionalities were presented.
Project: CGKlist demo
Term: 11/2016 – 12/2016
Skills: Business Analyst, Developer, SharePoint Online.
Description: Cegeka has produced a tool that is used in almost all their
SharePoint projects. This tool is used to automate site creation. Because this is
hard to explain to the customer, they wanted to show a demo for this to visualize it.
I then developed this demo in SharePoint Online. This demo is provided for quick
personalization to a customer's needs. It also shows how CGKlist works and how
strong this is.
Project: SharePoint custom homepage
Term: 10/2016 – 12/2016
Skills: Business-Functional Analyst, Developer, Presentations, JavaScript,
SharePoint Online.
Description: Cegeka wanted to create a custom homepage with which you can
share news items to your users. This homepage had to be personalized for each
user. The page also had to be reusable for different customers. This page should
also give a unique look to SharePoint.
For this project, I wrote the analysis with the corresponding estimates and
prototypes. Once this happened, the homepage could be build. This page was
rather personalized with the help of code. So I also made a manual for this. This
way every colleague could quickly build up this page for a new customer.
Project: Province of Limburg Office365 integration
Term: 09/2016 – 12/2016
Skills: Consultancy, Business-Functional Analyst, Developer, Google Analytics,
Microsoft SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Online, MS Excel, Performance Testing,
JavaScript.
Description: The province of Limburg wanted to upgrade their SharePoint portal
from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online. For this I first performed an analysis
using google analytics. From this I deduced that many functions were superfluous
and they did not have to be integrated. I also conducted some performance tests
to see if an integration was indeed the best solution. After this I completed the
integration with the help of ShareGate.
Project: Training Microsoft Flow & Microsoft Teams
Term: 11/2016 – 11/2016
Skills: Business-Functional Analyst, Developer, Presentations, MS PowerPoint,
SharePoint Online, Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Teams.
Description: Cegeka offers various training courses at lunch. An hour is taken
here to present new or unknown technologies to the team. Here a presentation is
given first, after which the team starts a discussion about the technology. This
determines whether this technology can be used with a customer.
So, I gave two presentations myself, about Microsoft Flow and Microsoft Teams.
This presentation consisted of an explanation about the product and a short demo.
Project Internship KBC
Term: 03/2016 – 06/2016
Skills: Business-Functional Analyst, Developer, Planning, Presentations,
BusinessObjects Performance / Dashboard, JavaScript, Microsoft PowerBI,
Microsoft SharePoint 2013, Microsoft Visual Studio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint,
MS Word, Notepad++, Office365, Performance Testing, SharePoint Online, Skype
for Business.
Description: KBC collects a lot of information about the different servers that they
own. This information was very chaotic and unclear. Because of this, problems
with the servers were not solved in time. The data of the servers had to be visible
in SharePoint from which one can quickly deduce which servers have problems.
For this I had to find a solution in SharePoint. For example, I presented various
solutions and then implemented the best solution.
