I acquired my work experience from working with with BPO companies outsourcing here in the Philippines. I was a Sales Associate for an American company that sells automotive parts. Prior to that, I handled Technical Support and Customer Service related issues while working with an American Satellite TV provider and a UK based mobile telecommunications company.
Within this period of time, I was fortunate to have been given the opportunity to perform tasks other than what my job title says. I was part of a team that handles escalated calls, there were instances wherein I had to cover a team in the event that their immediate supervisor is out, I also had the chance of providing assistance to new hires during their training period as a Subject Matter Expert.
I can say that with the experience that I've had by working for these companies, it made me a better version of myself. I realized that I am quite a competitive person. I try to do my best to be on top or at least excel on the task at hand. "Numbers don't lie", is my primary motto when it comes to work. I believe that you can only generate good numbers provided that put the same amount of work in it. I pride myself on working independently as much as I can and try to exhaust all my resources but at the same time, I am not afraid to ask questions for things that are new to me or those that I do not know.
I learned Italian during my stay in Italy back in 2000 up to 2007 which I believe gives me the an edge since I was actually exposed to the European Culture.
