With a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building, I have successfully led cross-agency collaborations, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and developed robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks. I have worked with organizations like the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Spotlight Initiative has strengthened national systems, reduced gender-based violence, and advanced the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Trinidad and Tobago.
