Advanced technical documentation has been my most recent forte, with the rapid growth of the SaaS delivery model. (I'm a top rated freelancer on another site which shall not be named.)

I have built and populated online knowledge bases for many clients (support.timedoctor.com, support.goleadster.com, support.opsclarity.com, and more), and have worked with C-level management to collect and identify key features for implementation in SaaS offerings.

My strength and experience lies in outstanding interpersonal and written communications, project management, team communication and coordination, staff hiring & training, high level customer service and success, and a mastery of the English language (native).

I studied computer science at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, and have some experience with C++, PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL; I also have extensive experience with automation and scripting in AutoIT, and setting up and administering web servers in cPanel and WHM.

My greatest programming achievement was the (independent, unpaid) development and implementation of an optical character recognition algorithm using ACTools, more than 10 years ago.

I am highly proficient at acquiring new knowledge and skills to meet the changing demands of whatever role in which I serve.
