I am Alexander Brian Ramos and I always strive to be on TOP, a former Customer Service Specialist, Public Servant, Social Media Marketing Specialist, and Digital Consultant, wherein I do help my clients deliver more than what is expected. I help them promote their businesses and services through a digital marketing strategy and branding beyond visuals through the different social media platforms.

I grew as an assertive individual, being self-assured and confident without being aggressive. I worked as a Customer Service Representative and Operation Support specializing in the field of telecommunications, sales, and fraud, dealing with hardware and software issues where I am trained and expected to be decisive and be on top at all times

I am currently a Project Development Officer in a private local company wherein I manage the technical and administrative planning and implementation including marketing and purchasing of goods to be sold within the actual business location and online programs and projects within Angeles City. Being exposed to and an advocate for breaking the digital gap in the country made me realize that social media and digital marketing are everywhere.

As a social media and digital marketing specialist, I develop digital and goal-oriented solutions by setting strategies to meet clients' brand objectives at all times, I make sure to deliver purposeful marketing by aligning with and reinforcing my client values, which are far more lasting than tastes and trends.

Being opinionated at times is my way to always make it on TOP, it makes me visible. As they say, all marketers strive to achieve brand awareness and realize this goal by making their opinions known. As a Social Media Specialist, I have to know and understand the elements of marketing in this digital world and I also need to let my clients understand what it is all about because I believe old ways would not open new doors.
