With over 20 years of experience building cutting-edge software products and high-performing product teams, I am a seasoned engineering manager who led the development and delivery of a flagship product at Kaseya, a leading provider of IT and security management solutions, and at Percona, the open-source database performance leader.

I have a BS in IT Software Development and multiple certifications in management, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

As VP of Engineering at Kaseya, I built and led a globally distributed product development team of cross-functional teams, working in agile methodologies and delivering both the evolution and maintenance of existing and new features for VSA, a cloud-based remote monitoring and management platform. I also refined and established new processes for development and QA teams, collected and reported on performance and development metrics, and set and articulated a compelling vision and strategy for the product engineering team.

I have a strong background in software engineering, R&D, security, team building, and process improvement, and I am passionate about creating innovative and secure solutions that meet customer and stakeholder needs.
