2. Mail, Database, DNS, Cloud Backup Installation and Server administration.
3. Performing backups and restoration of data and critical systems.
4. Advice Technology department and Company on new technology in the industry
5. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
6. Generating reports as requested to by head of Department.
7. Online and Onsite Support of clients.
8. Supporting Internal MLA users.
9. Accompanying Sales and Marketing team for meetings.
10. Preparing products presentation documentations.
11. Assisting Sales and Marketing with Service/products technical demo at client premises.
12. Documenting all support calls and assigning customers ticket numbers.
