Alex Maldonado

Hi, my name is Alex. I have a diverse background in working in both back-end and front-end technologies. I have extensive experience in helping small business clients with building dynamic WordPress websites integrated with eCommerce and optimize SEO solutions. 

I ‘m also a Full-Stack Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience working in enterprise distributed applications using the latest cloud-native technologies. I’m an AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner. I have been a tech lead in many agile development projects ranging from building micro-service applications using Spring Boot framework, UI design and development using AngularJS and Bootstrap frameworks, creating and implementing API RESTful services, implementing application security, database programming (Oracle, Sybase and MySQL) and migrating applications to AWS Cloud. 

I have recently started my own company, HimaraTech, that focuses on helping customers with custom software development, DevOps automation, and Cloud solutions. 

I believe my greatest strength is being able to listen to clients and understand their vision and ideas and turn those into technical specs/requirements. I'm a high-energy and motivated individual that is ready to tackle any challenge and most importantly help clients succeed with their projects.
