He put that framework in his mind and, even though he had several clients to work with besides me, he was always clear about my project when it came time to meet and discuss. With his understanding of my project, Alex ensured that the UX designer also understood my requirements. Even though the designer spoke good English, Alex stepped in sometimes to clarify an element. He also had his own UX ideas and shared them with us. Sometimes it took some bantering back-and-forth with an idea to come up with the right solution. All together, I was very pleased with the results of Alex's and our team's work. I believe Alex contributed significantly in both the project manager role and a designer role.
