the KPI (increase organic traffic).
Built and led a distributed team of 20 technical writers (managed full interview process, negotiated salary,
managed the contracts & payroll) and 2 editors to build a successful content marketing campaign on

Product Improvement Engine: created and prioritized the items of the backlog that came from the data
collected from customers; envisioned & prototyped possible UX for the next features to build or suboptimal
experiences to fix.
Features that I successfully deployed are FloydHub’s In-App notifications, improved UX of python
developer tool (floyd-cli [Link]) when mounting, or uploading datasets.
Fought crypto miners, and users whose use-case was not compliant with the Term of Service and US
law. Made new users able to use Free Trial without providing any payment information for almost 2 years.
Onboarded & followed up with new teams (small & medium companies) to improve retention, explore new
market opportunities, and help customers to achieve their success.
Integrated Run on FloydHub button [Link] on some of the most important deep learning GitHub repositories
(such as TensorFlow Tensor2Tensor [Link]) to drive conversion and increase web presence.
