As an IT Support Specialist I have gained knowledge in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and system administration.
One of my key responsibilities has been to ensure the seamless operation of all IT infrastructure and systems,
including hardware, software, and networking. Other responsibilities also included providing 24/7 technical support
to companies via multiple communication channels, managing User Accounts and Permissions, and installing and
configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. My experience in this role has
enabled me to develop strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. By
being a part of a team I have developed exceptional communication and organization skills and the ability to
collaborate in order to complete assignments
