I have a high level of experience managing all official and operational aspects of a very high volume public relations office in NYC. As the Office/Operations Manager I personally hired, trained, supervised and coached 4 Administrative Assistants across 2 offices in NYC and Miami respectively. I reported directly to the COO and worked with her on numerous projects. I conducted performance reviews, trained all company interns for a portion of their roles, prepared quarterly/annual reports for clients with account executives, was the main content editor for the company website - edited full client list, the executive staff bio, office info and landing page. I prepared HTML code and sent email marketing/promotions to thousands of recipients via Constant Contact on a quarterly basis, created flyers for clients using InDesign, prepared proposals alongside company Vice-Presidents in Real Estate,Travel & Lifestyle markets for potential clients and set-up international video/phone conferences with clients using RingCentral/Skype for Business. While in this position, I also handled a variety of IT related issues such as rewiring the IT network cables to fix internet issues with PCs/phones, fitted conference rooms with video conferencing capabilities, configured IP settings on printers and PCs during troubleshooting to obtain proper internet, opened desktops and replaced hardware as necessary to maintain PC efficiency, transitioned the entire company to SharePoint for a more efficient workflow and worked alongside our offsite IT company to troubleshoot all other major problems. I also sent vital communication and carried continuous correspondence with all staff during company-wide internet shutdowns, major changes in company rules and other unforeseen emergencies. I also used Excel in numerous projects to create original content such as creating a program for the executive staff to assess the work efficiency of junior/senior staff and created a program track client work, calculate & extract all data and generate the quarterly/yearly reports to be sent to all clients. During my time in this position, I was also frequently tasked with various 'ad hoc' projects at a moment's notice under a great deal of pressure and always produced results and/or brought the problem to complete solution.

I also have previous experience working in the insurance industry. First as a producer/sales and then in the admin side.  I worked as a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent contracted with a major insurance carrier under 100% commission type of contract. I sought my clientele from scratch, educated them on life insurance, identified any financial needs they had and helped them as necessary after the point of sale. I also worked for a Property and Casualty(P&C) insurance agency that primary handled high volumes of auto insurance. I called 200+ customers daily to renew or verify their information and identify cross-selling opportunities such as renters/homeowners/life insurance. I also answered the main-line phone calls from customers and documented/helped them with any issue they had. From my experience on the admin side of the insurance industry, first I worked in an insurance brokerage. I prepared proposals and renewals alongside the sales team, educated client staff on insurance plans, helped client staff enroll during enrollment periods and translated insurance plans into Spanish for Spanish-speaking clients as needed during enrollment periods. I also worked as the mediator between customers and insurance companies to resolve and reconcile any discrepancies in claims/customer service. Lastly, I worked in-house for a mental health counseling agency. I was in charge and responsible for the complete credentialing of the agency to major insurance carriers. I took the agency through the credentialing process and got them credentialed with major health insurance carriers such as Blue-Cross Blue-Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Magellan and Ambetter. I also provided medical billing and billed 1000+ claims of services for mental health services provided by 50+ staff in the medium sized mental health counseling office. During this time, I created various Excel programs to streamline office workflow, paperwork redundancy and billing.
