Primarily responsible for several research and administrative support activities for two social
projects aimed to improve the Colombian labor market at a national level.
o “Modelo de Empleo Inclusivo”, had the main objective of creating a pathway for aligning
employer’s expectations and potential employee’s qualifications. It also created adjustments
for potential employees that are classified as vulnerable population.
o “Proyecto de Incorporación Territorial”, aimed to organize the diffusion of information of
the labor market at a national level.
Analyzed documents, helped to manage budget of the projects, gathered pertinent information,
wrote summaries and reports about key documents for the projects, and provided administrative
support for the projects development.
Collaborated with research team and published document on the “15 Iniciativas exitosas en materia de
inclusion laboral para población vulnerable” (15 successful initiatives for the inclusion of vulnerable
populations in the labor market).
