About

I have all the skills listed on my account and I know I am all in one, and I'm confident that I can make an impact on your company. Not just the skills but also my passion for the industry that drives me to succeed. Your organization will surely prove to be an excellent platform for me to establish my skills and knowledge in the corporate world.

Here are some of my thoughts about some certain jobs:

Digital Marketing for me is great scope in the present, it is usually inclined with both marketing and technology, and it give me the opportunity to explore both. I want to have such career which is evolving rapidly and fast paced with changes.

What makes me unique is my ability to easily empathize with and relate to people. This skill helped me in my previous role as a social media manager and a content creator in charge of prospecting new customers inside the diner. Because I was able to quickly identify and understand their wants points and what our generation loves today, I was able to establish trust and build relationships—both of which drove me to consistently exceed and gained 2,000 instagram followers and 3,000 likes on facebook in just a month. And also, There are many components to customer service, and you need all of them to truly satisfy customers. Customer service involves being a kind, courteous, and professional face for the company. It also involves listening carefully to customer wants and concerns. Beyond listening, customer service is doing everything in one’s power to efficiently and accurately serve each customer. Finally, customer service is about clearly explaining solutions to clients. All of these components of customer service lead to happy and loyal customers, which I know is the ultimate goal of your company.

Due to lack of financial support, I stopped studying because of my father's sudden illness(stroke) and also due to my brother's condition which is cerebral palsy, I always and been trying hard to find a job that would help me and help my family's financial needs. So for me, the most important thing is the compensation/pay/benefits. Well-being comprises the overall state, including emotional, physical, and environmental well-being, of an employee. World at Work defines benefits as the rewards focused on aspects such as healthcare, retirement, and time-off available to an employee. Development focuses on the opportunities that an employee gets for skills development and career advancement. Meanwhile, recognition caters to formal or informal appreciation and validation of an employee’s efforts towards their work and company. Human resources are the most important aspect of a company. The more talented a company’s workers are, the better its output and its bottom line. A competent approach toward compensation and benefits in the workplace goes a long way to ensuring that a company’s employees are satisfied.
