Hi, you can call me Aldo. I am new to the freelancing world but I am not new in working on an office based job. I have 3 years of customer service experience where I learned a lot of things. I was once a financial analyst on a credit Bureau company based in Canada where I help customers understand how to their credit scores being computed and how to maintain a good standing. Also, I worked with several Telco companies and that's where I spent most of my working experience. Working with those Telco companies is a big help for me in a lot of ways. I learned a lot of skills such as selling, setting up appointments and specially talking and giving excellent customer service to people. I also became a graphic designer for some clients who is starting their tshirt business. I have experience in graphic design but I can say I am not yet on the skilled part but I am good at it.
