My first job was in a government agency (Manila Department of Social Welfare) as a Job Order 1, My primary tasks for the said position are interviewing less fortunate clients that are seeking help from the government and encoding their information to the government system. My second job was order management officer in an Australian company, my primary task is to process the orders of the customer in the company's system and to dispatch them if ready. My Third and last job was as customer service representative of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines, my primary tasks are answering clients calls and questions through phone and sometimes walking them through the agency's website.
