I am currently working as a Technical support represent at GEEKSQUAD, we do Software troubleshooting, Computer Tune-up, Sales, Printer troubleshooting, Printer Setup, Diagnostic and repair, Software install, and ETC. I do also experienced managing a Call center company, our campaign was Tech support, Sales and Lead mining. I've been working in a Call center for about 9 years now, I have truly gained a lot of precious experience and useful working skills. I have also realized that alignment and communicating with each other is the real key of success.
