I am a Customer Service Representative for five years. I am providing assistance to all the customers which has an inquiry regarding the product. I also assist them in order processing, refunds and returns. I also manage to send emails to the customer for their record. I am happy to help and to provide their needs, for me they are important to the business. I received different awards and recognition from the company. I got the Certificate of Recognition as Top 4 Agent in Sitel Philippines last October 2014, a Customer Service Champion last October 2016, an Outstanding Quality Performance last November 2016 and there is a lot more. I am doing my best to help the customer because i want them to be satisfied with my service that will also benefit to the Business.
