I’m a strategic consultant with a background that spans project management, operations, and commercial leadership — built over 18 years in the construction and modular sectors. I help businesses untangle complexity, develop high-performing teams, and drive measurable improvements in how they operate and grow.

My career started in project management, where I learned the value of planning, structure, and seeing things through. From there, I stepped into operational leadership roles — managing teams, leading process improvement, and embedding new ways of working across regional sites. I was responsible for day-to-day performance, people development, and driving operational excellence, often acting as the glue between departments.

Later, I transitioned into commercial strategy — supporting sales teams, building onboarding frameworks, and leading initiatives to boost revenue and customer experience. I created and launched the Commercial Success Programme, a company-wide upskilling initiative that brought sales, product, and operational training under one roof. The result? Stronger alignment across teams, better results, and more confident people at every level.

Now as an independent consultant, I partner with businesses who want to make meaningful changes — whether that’s developing new service offerings, streamlining internal processes, or supporting leadership through growth. I’ve worked in both the UK and Canada, including with Bird Construction and Stack Modular, supporting commercial and strategic development at both corporate and site level.

My sweet spot is where people, process, and performance meet. I’m hands-on when needed, but always keep the big picture in mind — making sure the changes we make today still make sense tomorrow. I thrive in fast-paced, values-driven environments and love working with teams that want to grow not just bigger, but better.
