Throughout my career at the Ministry of Health, I advanced from Statistician to Senior Statistician, supervising and mentoring over 25 staff within the Health Statistics Unit. I have led national data collection initiatives, prepared annual statistical bulletins and regional health profiles, conducted site visits across all administrative regions of Guyana, and contributed to annual budgeting and work planning. My technical strengths include advanced use of Epi-Info, SPSS, and other statistical software, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional report writing. I have designed, executed, and analyzed multiple health, labor force, and economic surveys, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting.

As a consultant, I partnered with PAHO/WHO and the Ministry of Health to conduct national surveys, including evaluations of the Tobacco Campaign in Guyana and Telehealth implementation projects. These assignments required high levels of coordination, analytical precision, and the ability to present findings clearly to decision-makers. My work consistently meets rigorous international standards.

In addition to my statistical expertise, I bring a strong foundation in leadership and education. As a Lecturer at Sophia Development Night School, I taught Office Administration for CSEC and maintained a 99–100% pass rate over several years, mentoring and counseling students to help them achieve academic and personal growth. My background also includes telemarketing and enumeration, strengthening my communication, customer engagement, and field research skills.

I am trained in Monitoring and Evaluation, Results-Based Management, Human Resource Development, Emotional Intelligence, and Virtual Leadership.
