As co-founder and COO at Oslr, I hands-on manage across all business operations, transforming an idea to improve hospital training to a fully functional digital platform for optimising medical education, now approved and utilised by NHS Healthcare. 

I work with entrepreneurial medical, technical and business expertise, taking onboard all views. I'm responsible for stakeholder and team management, obtaining technical alignment from business data analytics to system architecture. Implementing an agile scrum development using contemporary tools, such as GitHub/AWS for software development and deployment, Jira/Asana for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Hubspot for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to ensure the product is both robust and most importantly fulfils healthcare user requirements.

I also mentor healthcare start-ups/SMEs on the Med-Tech Accelerator to develop and deliver innovation for maximum impact. Using bespoke workshops and practical 121 coaching we focus on strategic planning, technical user centric product development and delivery, using tools such as Jira and Figma for agile team and product management, plus CRM to manage and promote healthcare organisation usability testing and adoption.

I manage both internal and external clients and communications, overseeing the creation and on-time, delivery of user centric development and marketing. I've successfully applied for, critiqued and supported multiple applications, helping enterprises raise hundreds of thousands for grant funding and would be thrilled to understand how I could help you achieve your goals,
