Alan Christian Batenga

I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for over 14 years. I have worked under three employers only. My first employment was with People Support Incorporated for 3 years with the position as supervisor wherein I handled chat and text support. The second one was with Convergys Corporation Philippines with a managerial level position, wherein I handled chat, customer, and sales support for 8 years. The last one was with Authors Solutions Incorporated (a company that helps and supports authors to publish, promotes, and bring to market their works), wherein I worked for 3 years as an operations manager. I have been working as a content writer and editorial staff of our company’s magazine as well. During my college years I am a member of our school paper wherein I got the chance to be the Editor-in-Chief. In terms of typing speed, I can do around 70 words per minute. I have been working side by side with bloggers wherein I do proofread and lay outing. This would be my first time to work at home and I am into the challenge. I believe that my credentials are more than enough to prove my credibility. With my passion in writing and my dedication on the things I loved, I believe that I am capable enough for this kind of job and I look forward in working with you.
