Alain Ríos

I am a professional with over 11 years of experience across various industries, both in the private and government sectors. I specialize in digital transformation, driving innovation and modernization in companies in Mexico through digitalization and process optimization.

Currently, I serve as the Operations Director at Radsoft, where I oversee the company’s operations, resource management, and project planning. I also manage budgets, conduct financial analysis, and lead sales and pre-sales strategies. Additionally, I am responsible for recruitment, certification management, and the development of growth plans within the organization.

Before this role, I was the Purchasing and Services Director at the National Commission of Free Textbooks (CONALITEG) from 2018 to 2021. There, I led procurement planning, supervised purchasing events, and managed the organization's budget. I also worked at General Motors Mexico from 2015 to 2018 in global purchasing, focusing on overseeing the production and supply of original components, as well as planning and executing sourcing strategies.

Beyond my experience in operations and procurement, I have been leading operations and sales at CIO Club since 2020. I am responsible for planning and overseeing networking events, as well as budget management and post-sales operations.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in agile methodologies, project management, and business strategy. I am certified as a SCRUM Master and OutSystems Delivery Specialist, with experience in OutSystems sales and agile meeting facilitation.

I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITESM (CCM) and complemented my education at HIK Copenhagen University College for Engineers in 2012. My international background and fluency in both Spanish and English have allowed me to operate in high-level environments, driving digitalization and modernization across different industries.
