Hi my name is Alain!

Since the Pandemic begun, I had to go back with the first job I had which is being a VA! I specialize in managing e-commerce sites. Ensuring my clients store maintains a positive feedback. One of my primary responsibility also was to make sure we are selling quality products that people really are looking for, that are also search engine friendly. I have experience in being a website administrator mainly for Amazon and e-Bay accounts, E-mail support, Data Entry, SEO, Data Mining, Product Research, Quality Control. I have work mostly with clients from the US and from the UK. I understand that e-commerce business has constantly changing trends, what I have learned before may not be as effective on the current meta and that is why I am open and willing to learn new techniques and strategies in making business profitable in these changing times.

I am an IT graduate who likes to play different kind of sports during my free time.
