I have been in the industry for 2 years now, started as a Customer Service Representative in a retail account then was assigned to a financial account in Australia in which we handle mortgage accounts, after a year i decided to apply as a Back Office Associate in a collections account located in the US and got accepted the same day. I am a very open person who is willing to learn, i prefer to work with minimal supervision and is very keen to details. i am a goal-oriented person and i strive for success.
