My most recent role was as an Assistant Manager (IT & ERP) at Tata Projects Limited from December to July . In this capacity, I played a vital role in aligning business and IT strategies with operational processes to optimize performance. My areas of expertise include business process optimization, supply chain management, IT governance, and the effective utilization of ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP within an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) environment.

I have extensive experience working with AGILE methodologies to improve project delivery and foster collaboration. My approach is adaptive and iterative, managing complex business processes efficiently. One of my significant achievements was leading the implementation of the ASK ME ticketing tool to enhance issue resolution related to Oracle ERP. Furthermore, I spearheaded the development of the NOTE FOR APPROVAL APPLICATION and the COMPLIANCE APPLICATION, which improved compliance tracking and process approval efficiency. Additionally, I conducted an ERP Audit Compliance for the fiscal year to ensure that all procedures complied with industry standards and best practices.

My responsibilities also included performing data analysis to develop Power BI dashboards, significantly boosting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
