Akshara Sridhar

I’m Akshara Sridhar, a Backend Developer with 6+ years of professional experience in building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs. I currently work at Bahwan CyberTek, where I’ve been contributing to a major SaaS product called Dropthought, focused on customer experience and feedback management.

In my current role, I:

• Develop and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and implement REST APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations
• Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and UI teams to ensure features align with business goals
• Participate in sprint planning, feature design, and code reviews
• Integrate external tools and services to enhance product capabilities
• Focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems

I am now transitioning into a Technical Product Manager role, leveraging my deep technical background to bridge engineering and product strategy more effectively.
