I have experience in sales, hospitality, and customer service, with a proven record of building and leading teams. I scaled a travel agency into one of the top ten in Algeria and launched an online school that grew to more than 1200 students. I have worked as a sales agent, team leader, receptionist, cashier, and private language teacher, which gave me a wide range of skills in communication, negotiation, and client care.

I also design websites and create AI automation systems that improve customer support and streamline business operations. My strengths include closing deals, mentoring staff, problem solving, and adapting quickly to new environments. I speak Arabic fluently, English at a professional level, and French at an intermediate level.
