I provide business consultancy services to clients from China, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. Based on my diverse career background, I also render consultancy services to clients in the areas of Investment Promotion, Fashion Wear, Health Care, Fast Food, IT, and Education. English has been the primary language throughout my professional career. The following is the brief description of services:

1.      Utilizing government relations for introducing Chinese Clients to enter into business in Pakistan such as electric vehicles manufacturing, agricultural machinery manufacturing, irrigation and water reservoirs, and other fields depending on the clients’ requirements.

2.      Entering into a contract with a Canada based investor to work on feasibility study and all other related tasks required in establishing a modern hospital in KPK Province of Pakistan.

3.      Providing different services to a client dealing in local and foreign software and IT equipment. Handling all correspondence and communication with vendors, writing introductory letters for marketing purposes, content writing for presentations to elaborate products and services, and also for brochures and leaflets. Preparing bidding documents for services contracts. Liaoning with field staff and branch offices. Drafting services contracts to be signed with customers.

4.      Conceived and developed a Youth Entrepreneurship Project on behalf of a client to assist the fresh graduates enter into fast food business under the Youth Business Loan Scheme.

5.      Providing assistance to an Afghan National in fashion wear business in Islamabad, Pakistan. Services include preparing feasibility report, hiring sales personnel, dress designer, tailors etc. Also developing internal control systems for accounts, procurement, staff loans, quality control etc. Conducting financial analysis of business performance on monthly basis, assigning targets to sales staff, writing content for publicity material; and website, and keeping liaison with government departments, vendors, banks and other businesses houses; also assisting client in obtaining business/ residence visa for himself and family.

6.      Providing services to client in the fast food sector. Services include drafting of Franchise Agreements, handling all correspondence, hiring staff, content writing for publicity material, menu, and website. Also coordinating with vendors of raw materials as well as franchisees. Also assisting in identifying vendors for procurement / import of new machinery and equipment.

I have worked for over 30 years in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Dubai. My work experience covers (i) Banking; (ii) Government Sector with focus on Agribusiness; and (iii) I am into Commercial Consultancy Business for almost 9 years.
