JOB ROLE:
Responsible for ensuring the quick resolution of escalated faults from service management officer to avoid downtime and ensure that customer’s links are up and running at all times.
Carry out site survey that aid accurate and quality radio link installation with gps, compass & application tool e.g. Google earth & Radio mobile
Responsible for all approved links installation for new projects.
Manage and supervise the technical crew (Team Lead).
Ensure that client links are well managed by constantly responding to fault calls, if need be.
