Product Integrations to optimize value delivery
I pioneered the integration of various disparate systems needed to enhance product capability. As the business analyst and
product lead, getting the necessary buy-in from the build team was achieved and the integration was successful despite the
tight deadline. I was involved in the end to end process, strategizing and management of product backlog, testing, API and
web services requirements documentation, and coordination with relevant vendors and third party regarding the launch of
the product update.

To continually meet and exceed the need of our customer, I developed the business case for the feature based on the customer
feedback, I championed the design, build of this new reporting, dashboard, and analytics feature. As the product owner, I
supported the team to ensure data accuracy, data integrity and data mapping on any report generated. Partnered with Quality
Assurance team to develop appropriate test strategy, and testing documents. Product increment brought excitement to sales
