My name is Akinlade Mariam, a results-driven Customer Support Virtual Assistant with over 2 years of hands-on experience delivering excellent customer experiences through CRM systems, clear communication, and efficient problem-solving.

I have worked with Moniepoint as a Sales and Customer Support Representative, where I supported customers through onboarding and account setup, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience. I used Zendesk before the company later launched its proprietary CRM, MonieCRM. In this role, I handled customer inquiries, resolved issues promptly, and maintained a high level of professionalism in all interactions. I also escalated technical issues when necessary, ensuring customers received timely and effective solutions. My contributions helped improve customer satisfaction and accelerated issue resolution.

Currently, I am worked with AFRIMENT as part of the support team during my internship, where I assist the HR department in managing the interview process. I reach out to prospective interns, notify them of scheduled interviews, and follow up consistently to ensure participation and successful onboarding. This role has strengthened my ability to manage communication pipelines, track candidate progress, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

I am proficient in using tools such as CRM systems (HubSpot, Zendesk, and similar platforms), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and communication tools like Slack and Zoom. I am experienced in handling email support, live chat support, and follow-ups while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
