I have worked in customer service for 3 years. My first customer service job was with B2B, I have to call all of the U.S.A corporate office to take our cleaning services and set appointment with our people that is called Janitorial Solution. Then I worked as a Sales Representative for Imprint, I help customers with the website for placing their order imprint basically sales wristbands, lanyards e.t.c. After that I have worked with medical billing, where I have to bill for patients to insurance company.
