Currently, I serve as the Chief Business Officer at Epic Creative Production in Jakarta, Indonesia, where I have been since May 2018. Epic Creative Production is an Integrated Video Production and Digital Services Company. In this role, I have built a robust business strategy and established relationships with numerous clients. My efforts have led to the development of a massive database of past and current clients, and I have conducted extensive market analysis to identify potential customers. In addition, I supervise, evaluate, and lead a team of three subordinates in the creative, accounting, and finance departments. This role has honed my leadership and strategic planning skills, enabling me to drive the company's growth and success.
Prior to this, I was the Chief Technology Officer at PT. Digital Kreasi Gemilang in Jawa Barat, Indonesia, from December 2016 to February 2018. My primary responsibility was creating the company's main product, a mobile application called MALP. I ensured that the application development workflow was on schedule and conducted research to determine the best development methods. Leading a team of one system analyst and two programmers, I worked closely with the CEO and three other C-level stakeholders to develop and launch the MALP app. This experience enhanced my technical expertise and my ability to manage complex projects and teams.
From February 2014 to November 2017, I served as the Head of Marketing & Communication at Yayasan Pendidikan Tunas Jakasampurna in Jawa Barat, Indonesia. This foundation, the first private education foundation in Bekasi, West Java, houses several private schools, including Tunas Jakasampurna School, Tunas Global School, Kiwi Pre-School, and Kiwi Kids School. In this role, I was responsible for developing marketing strategies for Tunas Jakasampurna School and Tunas Global School, both above and below the line. I created marketing plans and organized events for the schools, and managed their social media channels to achieve predetermined targets. This role allowed me to refine my marketing and communication skills, and my efforts significantly enhanced the schools' visibility and enrollment rates.
In addition to my professional experience, I have also contributed to various organizational initiatives. Notably, I served as the Show Director for 100 Persen Manusia - Express to Impress in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this capacity, I created visual content for music concerts, managed lights and visual synchronization, and directed the rundown of shows. This role showcased my creativity and ability to manage large-scale events effectively.
My diverse skill set includes proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple Work Suites, Google Work Suites, marketing and communication, business development, graphic design, video editing, and web programming.
