I worked as a Customer Service Associate for chat & Voice. Empathizing with the customer is one of the key point of my work and helping the customer resolve their concern in a timely manner. I've been with the company for 5 years, all through out my work with the company I help our new hire in understanding the process and how our system works. I also assist with some admin task to help out with our supervisor. I am a self driven person and I love challenges and learning new things and skills.
