Akeem Cohall

Hi my name is Akeem Cohall. I a freelance Graphic Designer/Content Creator located in Kingston Jamaica. For the past 8 years I have been working for a company known as Vistaprint, for the first year at that company I was a Care Specialist who assisted customers with their orders on our website, troubleshoot any issues they might have had and also provide some basic design skills for their products. Going into my second year I got promoted to the Graphic Design Team where I was able to assist customers on a higher level as it relates to creating designs for their products from scratch, quality checking any images they may have to ensure they are print ready and answering any questions they may have through multiple channels such as phone, email and chat.
