I am a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Asset Management (SAM) professional with over two years of experience in managing software licensing, optimizing procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance with complex licensing agreements. My career journey has allowed me to build expertise across software license lifecycle management, audits, vendor negotiations, and IT asset management while also developing a strong technical foundation in tools and programming.

Currently, I work as an Analyst at HackNow, where I focus on analyzing software usage data to identify patterns and trends that support cost-effective licensing strategies. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve SAM processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance while generating significant cost savings. My role also includes conducting vendor negotiations, maintaining databases for license tracking, and preparing detailed reports and visual presentations for stakeholders. I have also delivered training sessions to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices in software asset management.

Prior to this, I completed a Java Development Internship at SoftSkills Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where I gained hands-on experience in Java technologies and improved my problem-solving skills. Earlier in my career, I worked as an Operations Manager at Raj Pharmaceuticals Company, where I was exposed to enterprise software systems such as SAP, Interact, CBO, and Pharmanet. This role helped me strengthen my operational and technical skills while ensuring efficient processes in a fast-paced business environment.

My educational background includes a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from IIMT Engineering College (AKTU, Lucknow) and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from BIMT College (CCSU). Along with my academic qualifications, I hold certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Java Programming, and Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage, which further enhance my technical and analytical capabilities.

I am skilled in using tools like ServiceNow (SAM Pro), SQL, Microsoft Excel, Office 365, and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python. These skills, combined with my strong analytical mindset, enable me to deliver valuable insights for better decision-making.

What sets me apart is my ability to quickly grasp new skills, communicate effectively with diverse teams, and maintain a balance between technical depth and business objectives. I am passionate about helping organizations maximize the value of their IT investments, reduce unnecessary costs, and minimize compliance risks through efficient software asset management.
