  • 18 months of experience in managing full-cycle recruiting for technical and skilled trades, high volumes, mid and senior-level management for sales, marketing, operations, technology, finance and HR positions within staffing, banking, retail, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Led B-school campus placement process; was solely responsible for developing relationships with the schools, creating company presentation and interview assessment forms, screening resumes and conducting initial rounds of interviews; liaised with over 250 universities and onboarded 2000 campus hires in 10 months
  • Assisted Regional Service Manager in manpower planning for 60 branches in the New Delhi region; Planned and executed recruitment drive with footfall of 800+ candidates, closed 80+ positions for 60 branches in 10 days
