Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting
plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Formulate and implement the retention strategies through implementation of best
talent acquisition practices.
Preparing relevant offer documents and processing the same for offer roll out.
Lateral and Internal candidate’s engagement at the different levels of recruitment
(Both UK, German, US and India)
Induction & Joining
Ensure appropriate induction of new joiners
Handling the joining formalities, Issuance of Joining Kit offer letters, Appointment
letters, Induction, HR Policies.
