In my current role as a Customer Service E-Channel Analyst, I handle customer enquiries across WhatsApp, email, and live chat, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses that enhance customer satisfaction.

I have developed strong expertise in using CRM tools such as Zoho and Turnquest to track customer interactions, manage tickets, and analyze service trends. My role goes beyond responding to customers, I actively identify recurring issues, escalate complex cases, and contribute to improving internal processes that drive efficiency and better customer outcomes.
